    Product Details
An extraordinary piece, the 1957 Mexico Gold Constitution Centennial Coin was struck to commemorate the centennial celebration of the Mexican constitution. Minted from 90% fine gold at the Casa de Moneda de Mexico in Mexico City, each coin has an actual gold weight of 1.205 troy oz.
This coin's design is exquisite. On the obverse side an ornately-gowned female figure holding a book with the inscription "CONSTITUCION 1857" stands in relief with the map of Mexico behind her. The legend to the right of the female figure reads "PRIMER CENTENARIO DE LA CONSTITUCION DE 1857" (First Century of the 1857 Constitution). Through deft use of linear perspective rays of sunlight appear to beam upward from a vanishing point at the bottom center. The reverse side features the assembly hall of the Constitutional Congress of 1856-1857 rendered in vivid multidimensional detail. The top center inscription reads "CONGRESO CONSTITUYENTE", with "1856-1857" engraved at the bottom center.
This is a magnificent and rare gold coin with broad appeal to the novice and the seasoned collector alike. Don't wait as supplies are extremely limited. Purchase your very own 1957 Mexico Gold Constitution Centennial Coin today!!
