Ibera PakRak Clip On System Rear Bicycle Pannier Touring Rack Bike Adjustable

Here's an Ibera PakRak rear bicycle touring pannier / luggage rack.
This one has the two arms that mount to the rack mounts on the seat stays of your bike (or if you don't have rack mounts there you can buy clamp-on rack mounts)
It does not include any mounting screws
The rack has a deep scrape / gouge on the left rear corner and some cosmetic scuffs and scrapes from use but it's strong, light, and in fully functional condition.
The mounting arms both lower and upper will be removed and included in the box for cheaper shipping (to reduce the size of the box).
The mounting holes on the lower fixed arms are adjustable from about 14 -15” from the rack platform, the rack platform measures 14 1/2” x 5 1/2”.
I believe this rack can be mounted with Ibera trunk bags (IB-BA11, IB-BA14, IB-BA15, IB-BA22) OR strap-attached bags and panniers.
The width between the lower fixed mounting arms is 5 1/4" at the upper end and 5 5/8" at the mounting bolt holes and is basically straight so it might work with disc brake bikes but I can't guarantee it.
