Moots Tailgator clone seatpost mounted rack with bags tail gator

Description

This is a clone of the rare Moots Tailgator rack and bag system.
The "hoop" tubing on this version is not titanium; the rack weight is approx. 50g heavier than the Moots version (~175g vs 125g for bare rack).  Otherwise, the rack itself is difficult to distinguish from the Moots original.
The two bags mount similar to the Moots, and can be used individually or together, but they are smaller than the Moots version.  I'd guess capacity at 200-300 cu. in. versus the ~400 of the Moots version.
The bracket itself will natively fit 31.6 posts without a shim.  The one included shim reduces this to 27.2mm.  With other size shims this could mount to 30.9, 26.8 or other seatposts.
This has been handled, and has some trivlal cosmetic shop/storage wear, but is has never been mounted or used. Bags are as-new, zero wear or soiling.
